Vacancy: Director of Programmes
We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a director of programmes!
Join us, a dynamic national charity transforming the landscape of employment opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities and autism. As a pioneering force, we champion inclusive workplaces, working with over 200 host businesses across the UK and already supporting over 2,200 young people into meaningful paid employment. Our proven model of workplace-based internships combines on-the-job learning with continuous support, enabling young adults to achieve their full potential and lead independent, fulfilling lives.

You’ll be a natural collaborator, able to build and nurture meaningful partnerships with stakeholders across sectors. Importantly, you’ll be committed to DFN Project SEARCH’s vision, mission, and values, with a drive to achieve ambitious goals that reflect a real passion for changing lives and making a lasting difference within society.
