Kelly Ridge

Kelly is an experienced tutor and job coach who has worked in education and supported employment for over ten years. While assisting young people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions, Kelly has also had the opportunity to work directly with employers, providing training to develop more inclusive practices in the workplace. In her role as Programme Specialist, Kelly will continue to support businesses and bring together partnerships, creating new opportunities for future supported interns.
