DFN Project SEARCH takes centre stage on BBC Wales Evening News
We are delighted that our internship programme for adults over 25 with learning disabilities based in Flintshire, which is a UK first, made the headlines on BBC Wales evening news last night (22nd May).
BBC Wales News ran a short film which highlighted how the partnership between DFN Project SEARCH, national learning disability charity Hft, ClwydAlyn and Flintshire County Council, supports young people with learning disabilities and/or autism in the local area to undertake vital work-based learning opportunities, to help them to secure meaningful, paid employment.
