Within the interview Claire highlighted the various benefits of employing a person who has a learning disability, saying “Typically, people with a disability stay in jobs three and a half times longer, they take less time off sick, and they are more punctual.”
The #InclusionRevolution campaign highlights that employing people with special educational needs and disabilities is not just a matter of doing what is morally and socially correct.
